10. Voluntary Contributions & Refund Policy

One Sanatan accepts optional, one-time voluntary contributions (referred to as "Seva" or "Dakshina") to support the operational costs of maintaining this platform. These contributions are made entirely at the donor's discretion and do not constitute a purchase of any product, subscription, or service.

• One-Time Only: All contributions are single, one-time transactions. No recurring billing, auto-debit, or subscription is initiated under any circumstance.
• Non-Commercial: Contributions are treated as voluntary donations in the spirit of Sanatan tradition (Dakshina). No goods or services are provided in exchange.
• No Guaranteed Outcomes: Contributions do not entitle the donor to any specific platform features, services, or content beyond what is already freely available.
• Refund Policy: Due to the voluntary and non-commercial nature of these contributions, refunds are not typically provided. However, in the event of a duplicate transaction or technical error, please contact us at connect@onesanatan.com within 7 days and we will review the case on merit.
• Payment Security: All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-regulated payment aggregator. We do not store any card, bank, or UPI credentials.

11. Third-Party Services & Advertising

One Sanatan uses the following third-party services to operate and sustain the platform:

• Google AdSense: We may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. These ads are displayed to help fund the free availability of this platform. By using this site, you acknowledge that ads may appear on content pages.
• Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyze user traffic and improve platform performance.
• Razorpay: Used exclusively for processing voluntary one-time contributions on the Support page. Razorpay's use is governed by their own Terms of Service.
